DÖDEN
… is a space for fantasies about what we will all face and what no one knows anything about.
… is a moment for thoughts on birth, time, and transformation.
… is a place for reflections on beginnings, farewells, and the last time.
… is time to remember those who have left, those who are missed, and those who remain.
… is a quiet exploration of our shared fate, the finitude of all things, and constant change.

DÖDEN is a participatory performance experience where visitors are given the opportunity to explore and reflect on the end through movement. A performance where the audience is both participants and spectators at the same time.

A journey through life, body, time, and space, with the audience as co-creators.
… Instead of death becoming the dominant companion, it is life that is made visible. It is beautiful. / Norrbottens-Kuriren

DÖDEN had its world premiere in 2017, and after a warm reception and over a hundred performances in Sweden and internationally, it is now finally being presented to the Riksteatern audience.
