INTONAL 2024: Acousmatic Concerts & Screenings at IAC
Four floors up from Inkonst, at Inter Arts Center, an acousmonium made up of more than 40 speakers hosts concerts of acousmatic music, along with collateral events including workshops, performances, and screenings, featuring two premieres.
This year’s special focus is on the French composer Luc Ferrari, exploring the intersection of music, sound art, documentary and radio art.

PARTICIPATING ARTISTS:
ELEONORA M. RAVASI
Alongside her classical musical degree, Italian performer and composer Eleonora M. Ravasi focused on contemporary and electronic music and specialized in electronic keyboards.
FRANCESCO DEL NERO
The conservatory-trained, award-winning, Italian pianist and composer is also a founding member of the Malmö-based Hertzbreakerz group, dedicated to sound experiments and contemporary music.
FABIO MONNI
Multimedia artist based in Malmö, Sweden. Fabio loves the discreet inclusion of electronic sounds on instrumental performance as well as the use of sounding objects.
KENT OLOFSSON
Kent Olofsson is a composer with an extensive artistic output of over 200 works that span a broad field of genres, ensemble types and contexts including music for orchestra, chamber music, electroacoustic music, music theatre, rock music, and works for dance performances and installations.
ALESSANDRO PERINI
Alessandro’s very broad artistic production ranges from instrumental and electronic music to audiovisual and light-based works, net-art, land-art, vibration-based works and custom-built machines.
JONATAN SERSAM
Sersam’s musical voyage starts in the encounter between rapid, ruthless transformation and acoustic situations that in various ways questions the idea of progression or process.
ROBERT WILLIM – Fields of Unknowing
The aim with Robert Willim’s work is to explore imaginaries, technologies and our relations to the incomprehensible. In Fields of Unknowing he use voice and electronics to evoke rough and mesmeric sonic worlds.
JAKOB RIIS
Jakob Riis is a Danish/Swedish laptop musician and composer of electroacoustic music. Improvisation is a central part of Jakob Riis’ view of music as he creates possible soundscapes which are carefully explored together with the audience.
