Do you like folk dancing but think that the folk songs sometimes feel too short and want to dance non-stop all night long to suggestive beats? Do you like clubbing but think that electronic music feels too plastic and square and long for musicians with acoustic instruments playing 3-beat grooves?
Now you don’t have to choose between going out and clubbing to heavy EDM DJs and folk dancing to the swingiest folk musicians. ADM puts you in a trance in long evocative swaths of folk-dance beats that offer up Polish, Scottish and waltz – which are also played entirely acoustically.The music is arranged live under the direction of the pianist Olov “Klyv-Olle” Lindroth with the big band consisting approximately of:
