Kallelse Workshop – Lil Data

Before the next Kallelse concert on April 10, we are happy to be hosting a workshop with Lil Data, the last artist of the evening.

Lil Data is a live coder known for releasing on the PC Music label and for production credits with Charli XCX, Jonsi, Harlecore and more. 
 
In this two hour, beginner-friendly workshop, Lil Data will teach you the basics of live coding music – making music with code in real-time – using the browser-based tool strudel.cc. Only a laptop, headphones and enthusiasm are required! By the end of the workshop, you will have a basic understanding of how to write patterns of sounds, notes, samples, synths, audio effects and more. After the workshop, you can stay for the gig and see a live coding performance by Lil Data. 
 
The workshop will be held at Inkonst, two hours before the concert.  
To register, e-mail its.fascia@gmail.com with the subject ”workshop”. Once you’ve received confirmation that there are slots still available, reply with your ticket to the concert to confirm your slot. 
The workshop comes at no additional cost with your concert ticket, and maximum capacity at the workshop is 15 people.
