We are looking for a Producer to join our Music Department, taking on a key role in the planning and execution of Inkonst’s music programme. You will be responsible for the production of our concerts, artist residencies, and the Intonal Festival, ensuring smooth operations and high production quality. The role requires strong organisational skills, financial oversight, experience in music production, and the ability to support funding applications.
Intonal Festival
– Lead production for one of Inkonst’s largest projects.
– Coordinate logistics, technical planning, and artist relations.
– Ensure clear communication between departments and external partners.
– Plan and oversee artist residencies, including travel, accommodation, and technical needs.
– Ensure smooth integration of residency projects into Inkonst’s broader programme.
Finance, Administration & Grant Applications
– Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial oversight of projects
– Handle invoices, contracts, and agreements with suppliers and partners.
– Assist the Artistic Director by gathering relevant data and information for grant applications.
– Independently apply for funding to support Inkonst’s artistic activities.
– Track and report on financial and operational aspects of the music programme.
– Coordinate with technicians, evening managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution.
– Oversee production schedules and ensure all elements align with artistic goals.
– Highly organised, structured, and solution-oriented.
– Experienced in artist booking, event production, budget management, and grant applications.
– A strong communicator who works well in a team.
– Familiar with the cultural sector in Sweden and internationally.
– Well-connected within the international contemporary music scene, with an established network of artists and industry professionals.
– Deep knowledge and understanding of the music and scenes that Inkonst and Intonal are operating in.
