Oss Dansare Emellan invites you to their very first live event where dance once again is in the spotlight – this time through conversations about what it's like to be a dancer today, together with several guests.
During this inspiring evening, we will address questions about networking, artistry, and how to navigate the industry. How do you succeed? How do you make yourself visible? How do you create your own opportunities? What is right and wrong in how dancers are treated?
The evening includes two in-depth discussions: one about dance in institutions – life in companies and larger organizations – and one about the independent field, where we talk about both creating your own works and working in others' productions.
This is also an evening for the community. We create space to meet, make connections, and support each other. Together with our partners and vendors, there will also be gifts and products as a way to give back to all of you who are part of the dance field!
