Rumina

Rumina is an artist and DJ based in Malmö and Istanbul. Drawing inspiration from an eclectic mix of genres, such as experimental club, folk, punk, rap, and dembow, their productions and performances focus on exploration and playfulness.

Rumina released their debut EP, The Final Destiny of the Gods, in 2021 with the label and collective FNGRLCKN, which she has been a part of since 2018. Since then, Rumina has had various releases on labels including HTS, Hypersonics, CTM, De la...je l’espére, Cuntry Club, Angels Gun Club, and Over My Body. They have also lent their creative touch to remixes for WRACK and Ttristana, and SMT3X, showcasing her versatility and curiosity for experimentation. In 2025, Rumina released their EP Chase on UK-based label Precious Metals.

Since 2024, they are a part of the duo 2halfbloodprincesses together with artist and DJ Derya Diktaş. In February 2026 they released their first EP b2b on the French label Cuntry Club.

Furthermore, Rumina has been a long-time resident at Scandinavia’s largest community radio station, Retreat Radio, where she hosts her monthly show, Rattle. In addition to her radio presence, Rumina has organized club events under the same name at Inkonst in Malmö, inviting artists such as Abadir, Miss Jay, and Evil Medved.
